She studied International Law through the JD/MA program in International Law while at WCL, and graduated with her Juris Doctor degree in 1990. Ms. Glover-Dichter, the member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, gravitated to the field of Immigration and Nationality law since 1990.
She was also the Chair person of the Immigration Law Section of the Federal Bar Association, and the editor of the section's monthly newsletter, “The Green Card”. Ms. Glover-Dichter was also on the editorial board of the Federal Bar Association's monthly legal magazine “The Federal Lawyer”.
